New Look Day.. :P

Yes, this was my new look today.. i enjoyed it.. kinda. Some frnds liked.. some did not... thats fine.. as far as I liked... though I am not gonna carry this anymore.. :D :D

yesterday night was a phone call from my best friend kalpit which lasted almost 2.5 hrs till 3:30 in the morning and then I watched the very first episode of Hannah Montana and some more episodes.. it was good.. baby hannah was really very cute.. finally I slept at 5:00..

..but you know this has happened always and happened today also.. I could not get a good sleep today.. got many calls.. but thats fine. I know mommy and papa can't stop missing me.. me too.. I love you Mommy and Papa and will love forever..

..after eating puri bhaji in breakfast I had a chat with friends followed by hair cut and then I got this look.. cute naa.. okay i know its not cute.. and ppl always see me as simple, not a fashion follower.. etc etc.. so.. whatever.... i m cool with this... sometimes changes make you happier than you are with traditional looks..

..in the evening me and my friend decided to go for dinner some place.. we went in to many restaurants.. but only one we could like.. its not like that the food was not good.. but all were crowded and... leave it.. finally we went to Infusion; its good.. those ppl treated us better.. might want to visit again..

and now what.. read a lot of comments on my pics on orkut and facebook... its fun..

A day in VFS office... a tiring day :(

..first of all a good thing of the day.. I got recommendation from my last company's Co-founder Anurag Jain. It can be very helpful for me. Thanks a lot Anurag. Hope some day I can return the favor.

So.. the actual day.. today my morning started at 5:00.. so bad. At 6 I left home for VFS and reached there at 7:30 after changing 2 buses.. I could not get any appointment on such a short notice so I had to walk in.. :(

At 8:00 counter opened up and they gave me a token and said to come back at 11:30.. WTF.. My team told me that in couple of hours I will get my work done.. nothing happened like this..

Even after 11:30 I had to wait till 4:30 for my number.. then they checked documents and took fingerprints, photo.. etc... finally it was done..

BTW.. whole time I was not alone.. I found a person who was in queue with me.. Mr. Srivastav from Wipro who was there for business visa for UK. He is 12 year experienced and quite interesting person.. We visited M G road in free time.. though everything was closed that time..

finally I skipped office again for Visa.. :(

the most interesting thing today was.. we saw Ross Taylor in visa office.. we could not recognize him.. I asked one uncle abt him.. :)
The bad was.. i did not take any autograph.. :( koi naa fir le lenge... because duniya gol hai.. ludhakte ludhakte wapas kabhi mil hi jaaynge... hahha

A day with Visa Process in TCS

..this was a long long day for me.. sometimes i hated the process for visa.. so many docs to submit.. :( :(
the biggest issue was.. my cubicle and HR's cubicle are in different buildings.. and 3-4 rounds to tat building per day can make you loose 1 KG per week :(

today we had to be in office on time since some client was going to visit the odc. I was on time, but no client and even more than half of the odc seats were blank.. well soon when all arrived.. i left the seat to collect and submit my visa documents..

Just after submitting.. i left office... subah se kuch bhi nahi khaya tha yaar... aise thode hi hota hai..

This was not done yet.. i had to wait till night for maintenance letter and salary breakup documents.. :(

next day.. with VFS bangalore..

Gaurav's B'day

..today is Gaurav's b'day.. wish u a very very happy buddy.. while all frnds are in party i m here in TQ alone.. missing you all.. But, you all have a nice time.. have a great party.. when i m back.. we'll celebrate again..

..will talk a lot of things abt this day some time later... there were many happenings today.. some were too sad, some made me happy, some taught me a lot about my current company.. all will come later.. but what necessary is to wish someone who is a good friend of mine and i hope will be forever..

Wat a Match!!!

Woww.... wat a match.. wat spirit.. wat energy.. and with this victory.. RR breaks into the top 4... terrific match.. everyone did good.. 3 runs in 2 overs by Yusuf, 4 wickets by shane, fandu over in the last by trivedi..

Mast match.. now i can say that this was a comeback by Rajasthan..

And with the match.. RR keeps the record that they never lost a game to the team chasing 150+..

Also.. in the rest of the matches except one with Kolkata.. RR gonna win as all are in Jaipur.. and for RR, KKR is just a kid.. So.. Can we assume that RR will be in Semi finals... ??

Document Day

..yep, this was the day with documents. Documents to be submitted for Visa.. finally I will be going London. I m very happy.. now. Visa process got progress.. reimbursement requests(all) moved to next step.. got estimated date of traveling.. wat else i could wish in the very first hour of monday office.. Thanks GOD.. :D :D


Looks like rajasthan will loose the game today and the record too.. that RR never lost a game defending 150 or more.. :( BTW what happened to them in the last overs, I thought they will score around 200 but.. :(

..after a long time I did not listen music in the office.. good or bad; God knows.. :(

today I just had a look at the Gojiyo.. but there was no one to talk or play.. no good crowd inside.. still it needs time to grow.. just 3 out of 10.. :( will give u a try later

finally I could not keep myself far from Mafia Wars at Facebook. I thought all my previous achievements would have been lost by now but no.. i am still mastermind and wheelman for some persons.. :D

..here goes one more for DC by shane.. lets watch the rest of the match..

A long day at the end of a long weekend

Today was a long boring day.. no long chat with anyone, no frnds visit, no sleep in afternoon..

..but still there were a lot of things that helped me passing the day. So, the day started 3:00 in the morning. 3 in the morning.. yes thats exactly I wrote.. I woke up at 3 because it was getting hotter in the bed room.. no current :( I tried to sleep but could not(properly)..
..but i was too lazy to get up till it was 9:00 AM. After brkfast I found that there was no current only on my floor.. grrrr :-X

I checked my company mail so many times for performance band, but no mail :(. Jyoti sent me one link of companies internal forums post on how to calculate you basic salary hike. The person who did so was grt.. used reverse calculation. New Salary is yet to be revealed by company but system did show how much PF contribution we are going to make in this financial year. And using Last year PF and new PF he did a calculation and his basic salary hike turned out to be 16.6% and so was mine.. wow #$%^&*%$

..still no progress in Visa process; one senior told me to wait for 2 week and one week is already down.. okay I will wait one more..

I was trying to read ActionScript 3.0 today.. and did complete a couple of chapters while watching the matches and eating pizza( thank you Dominos :) ).. KKR lost and Poo also.. yippee maja aa gaya.. hahaahhaa

This movie "The Interpreter" looks good.. at least the interpreter is pretty.. so, lets watch..

A Lazy Day..

nothing good I did today.. watched TV Show- HIMYM, Supernatural.. Matches- Rajasthan vs Chennai and Mumbai vs Hyderabad. hmm.. rajasthan, though could not win it but did a good job in chasing 246.. hats off to Murli Vijay.. u did it correctly and also to Ojha for good innings.. wont forget to mention the catch of YusuF.. that was wonderful

BTW today just finished the last available episode of How I Met Your Mother.. perhaps jaat said right not to watch it now.. and to wait till last episode of season gets aired.. I am now waiting eagerly..

supernatural came up with a new definition of Heaven where separate heaven space is for everyone and u can have dinner, u can drink cans, can kiss.. wow.. thats lovely!! well now atleast they are moving the story forward inplace of showing day jobs in season 1 and 2..

one more day to go to office.. or i should say- just one day left of long weekend.. or.. or nothing.. feeling sleepy.. Zzz

Celebration of April Fools Day.. :)

Well.. I am quite surprised why this day was chosen as Fools day. Why April and Why first day of the month. Well don't worry I won't go and find history. I mean, who cares why it is on April's first day every year; why its not on last day of any other month or blah blah.. at least i don't care. Hey!!! one more thing.. how this word blah blah came into existence.. oh crap, not again.. lets forget it and go ahead. Otherwise I am not gonna make my first post on the blog ..today

So Fools day.. hmm... well I don't believe making trouble to anyone and perhaps that's the reason this is my first time I did something. Oww.. u got it.. i did nothing spl.. nothing big.. I just mailed some of my frnds about the performance band which was supposed to be released on April 2. It was not so great move.. but turned out to be effective.. as everybody was eagerly waiting for the band. They just did not think anything but checked and replied me(some of them).. Ok it was little funny... hahaha

But there was a funnier thing.. company released band info for some accounts on April 1 and one of my friend when sent this(so called making fool message) message to ppl who got their band.. they replied by forwarding the performance band release mail.. haha

Okay so from above paragraphs.. it looks like.. i m not as good blogger for expressing day experiences as I am for technical stuff.. but i will try.. :)
